Terry is the president of Terry Jones & Associates, PC.  He founded the firm in 1980 after working for another large CPA firm in Mobile for several years.  For more than thirty years, Terry has held primary responsibility for client service at the principal level providing tax, financial planning and business consulting. 

Terry is licensed as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Alabama and Mississippi.  He obtained both his BS in Accounting and his MBA from the University of South Alabama.  Terry also holds the professional designations of Certified Financial Planner (CFP®), Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor (CRPC®), Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) and Certified Specialist in Estate Planning (CSEP).  In addition, he has his life and heath insurance licenses.

He is married to Meridy Lyle Jones and has 2 children and 3 grandchildren. 

Mary Clare Zelenka, Accountant

Mary Clare has been with the firm since 1987.  She holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the Mississippi University for Women.  Prior to joining the firm, she worked in private and governmental accounting in Mississippi.  As a senior accountant, Mary Clare handles small business accounting, prepares corporate and partnership tax returns, and provides consulting to clients who use QuickBooks and CheckBook Solutions as their accounting software. 

Micha Jones

Micha has been with the firm since September 2003.  Micha prepares individual tax returns, handles small business accounting, and provides consulting to clients who use QuickBooks as their accounting software.

Tiffaney Jones

Tiffaney has been with the firm since March 2006 and specializes in the preparation of individual tax returns.  She holds a BS degree in Biology and a BS degree in Nursing.  She is currently attending the University of South Alabama and working towards her Master's degree in Accounting.

Tiffaney has been married for 10 years and has 1 child.
